2022

The Basement Beginning

Started with one immersion circulator and endless curiosity. We spent months perfecting egg textures and exploring how precise temperature control could transform ordinary ingredients into extraordinary experiences.

2023

First Teaching Moments

Friends kept asking about our techniques. Those informal kitchen gatherings revealed something important - people craved understanding, not just recipes. We developed our first structured workshops.

2024

Finding Our Space

Moved into Promenades Beauport's food court space. It wasn't glamorous, but it gave us room to grow. We launched our signature program combining technical precision with creative exploration.

2025

Building Community

Today we're helping home cooks across Quebec discover what happens when science meets intuition. Our students don't just learn techniques - they develop their own culinary voice.

Culinary Innovation Director

Celeste spent five years in restaurant kitchens before realizing her real passion was helping others discover their own cooking potential. She combines formal culinary training with an engineer's approach to problem-solving. When she's not teaching, you'll find her experimenting with fermentation or planning the next program expansion.
