Join Harpreet and fellow cooking enthusiasts in our comprehensive program starting September 2025. Learn precision cooking techniques through hands-on collaboration and peer mentorship.

Learn Together, Cook Better

Our September 2025 cohort brings together home cooks and culinary enthusiasts who want to master sous-vide techniques through collaborative learning. You'll work alongside peers, share discoveries, and build lasting connections with people who share your passion for precision cooking.

The program runs for 16 weeks with hands-on workshops every Saturday morning. Each session focuses on different protein types, temperature combinations, and finishing techniques. But here's what makes it special — you're not learning alone.

Find Your Learning Path

Not sure if our collaborative program fits your cooking goals? These common scenarios might help you decide if September 2025 is the right time to join us.

Never tried sous-vide cooking before?

Perfect fit. Our program assumes zero experience and starts with basic equipment setup and simple proteins like chicken breast and salmon. The group setting means you'll see multiple approaches to the same technique.

Best for: Complete beginners ready to commit time

Tried sous-vide but results feel inconsistent?

This is exactly what peer learning solves. You'll discover why some attempts work perfectly while others disappoint. Group troubleshooting sessions reveal the small details that make huge differences.

Best for: Home cooks wanting reliability

Worried about keeping up with others?

Groups are intentionally mixed-skill level. Advanced participants help beginners, while newcomers ask questions that benefit everyone. The Saturday morning pace allows plenty of practice time between sessions.

Best for: Anyone feeling intimidated by solo learning

Want to connect with other food enthusiasts?

Beyond technique training, many participants form cooking clubs and dinner groups that continue long after graduation. The shared learning experience creates natural friendships around food passion.

Best for: Social learners seeking culinary community
